"This profession is my passion! Helping you decompress and heal from injury or relax due to a fast paced lifestyle, is what I do."
Since 2003, my profession has provided fantastic opportunity to experience a unique way to help others realize freedom from pain and stress. My history includes serving as a member of the Adjunct Faculty of Ashmead College of Massage here in Portland, Oregon.
I was very fortunate to be a member of the medical team for the 2003 Adidas Track and Field Classic also here in Portland and the Columbia River Gorge Games held in Hood River, Oregon in the same year. In 2010 I toured nationally for 4 weeks with the World Class Oregon Crusaders Performance Art Drum and Bugle Corps as their corps therapist.
I was hooked for life from that experience of traveling with an incredible group of performing, musical artists and assisting them in maintaining sound health as they made their way across the U.S. to their international competition finals at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. What a rush! The past 14 years, I have provided therapy for the faculty of the Goddard School in NW Portland on a bi-monthly visit schedule, helping them find relief from chronic pain from their work due to the occupational stress of their profession.
I am certified as a Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist through the Freedom From Pain Institute in Oklahoma City, OK, founded by Erik Dalton, PhD. I specialize in this modality as well as Sports, Deep Tissue, Advanced Myofascial Release techniques, Trigger Point Therapy and I am currently certifying in Ortho-Bionomy which is a gentle, non-invasive, osteopathically-based form of body therapy which is highly effective in working with chronic stress, injury pains or problems associated with postural and structural imbalances. I have maintained private practice and currently and exclusively provide therapy as a mobile therapist coming to wherever it is that you need me to be.
The years have honed my skills well and working with an eclectic blend of clientele including National and Olympic athletes, celebrity personalities from all walks, singing artists, cyclists and runners and yes, the "Famed" weekend worriers! People are pretty amazing in how they pursue their dreams...it is rewarding to share what I have learned to bring them relief.
The human body is a marvelously complex and intricately beautiful system. When our bodies are in harmony with all of their inter-related systems, they will serve us well in our desires to appreciate life to its fullest. When you are in tune with your mind, body and spirit, the horizon of what we can achieve is limitless!
"Listen to and observe with complete presence. Release through intuitive, skillful touch, the pain the body has been holding. Restore balance to the body and healing will manifest." ~Jeff
I hail from Santa Rosa, CA. My parents moved here to the Pacific Northwest in 1973 from the Bay area. I felt like I had just found my own personal Shangri-La! When not engaged in my work and my passion, you will find me backpacking the alpine back country of the Cascades in Oregon and Washington. I hold a valid passport and am available for international tour and travel.
I am proud, to be part of Dr. Dot's amazing team of therapists and look forward to working with incredible personalities throughout the world!

“To Whom It May Concern:
I have been touring for about 22 years with many different bands (Dave Matthews, Tracy Chapman, Primus, etc etc...)
The masseuse I had today for The Weepies show at The State Room in SLC, Danielle, was perhaps one of the best I have ever had.
Everything from her disposition to her skills. My entire band and crew adored her.
I felt it was important to tell how amazing this woman was, and how she brightened our day.

“Lars (Stockholm Dotbot) took care of the band-members and left all in awe!
He provided a table, towels etc which made it very easy to work with.
Very on point and definitely made for an amazing show at night - thank you again!
Romi (Prague Dotbot) came by, arrived early, was very well prepped (had her own table, scented candles, oils, towels) and had the brightest smile we'd seen in days!
She took care of the band-members who all were left amazed and startled by her touch ;)
